We specialise in the installation and maintenance of Sisterlocks and Traditional locs and while doing this, we take pride in offering you a chance to be in a calming, relaxing and uplifting environment.

During your appointments with us, we know the chance to have one-to-one attention is a treat, and a rare experience, for some clients so we try to make your session all about you.

Our Policy

We are committed to delivering a quality service to each client and visitor, to enable us to do this we respectfully ask each client and visitor to note our policies.

  • Services are by appointment only
  • Future appointments are made at the end of the session
  • Appointments are confirmed 24hrs in advance.
  • If you must cancel an appointment, a minimum 24hr notice is requested
  • We reserve the right to refuse further service for reasons of frequent lateness, cancellations and ‘no-shows’.
  • Full payment for services is due before or at the time of service
  • Cash, PayPal or major debit cards accepted (a 2.0% fee may be applied to debit card transactions).
  • Children or an additional person are welcome by prior notice only
  • A partner or a friend is welcome at Consultations by prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to photograph all work for demonstration purposes only.
  • If you are sick or ill and/or caring for anyone with a transferable infection, virus or disease, PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment until the condition has been resolved.
  • We will request a deposit of £150 to secure the 2-day installation appointment; the deposit must be made within 24hrs of the appointment being offered
  • You may choose not to pay the deposit; however, your appointment could be lost and made available to another client. Further installation appointments can take up to 4 months to secure
  • Deposits for installation appointments will be fully refunded if 2 weeks’ notice is given; deposits will not be refunded with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
  • Hair must be shampooed and clean within 24hrs of all appointments, including Consultation, Installation, Follow-Up, Retighten, Repair and Grooming sessions
  • We reserve the right to refuse services if clients arrive with unclean or excessively oily hair
  • If dry scalp is an issue, please refrain from scratching the scalp, instead, clean the area with a cotton-tipped bud dipped in witch hazel.
  • Your appointment is reserved specifically for you so good timekeeping is appreciated
  • All clients are given a 15 minute grace period without notice
  • Call or text if you are running more than 15 minutes late
  • Lateness of 30 minutes or more may result in a missed appointment with an additional charge for re-scheduled appointments.
